VW rotors
A VW disc has a standard thickness that must be regularly checked. Since friction occurs on the surface of the VW rotors, heat is also produced. this results to the wearing out of the disc surface over time. When it reaches its minimum width, replacement is necessary since it could not efficiently provide the necessary friction surface to the brake pad in order to stop the vehicle. And because of the heat that is generated from all the friction, the VW rotors must be able to remain stable even when subjected to extreme temperature.
